The mangos and strawberry slices help to enhance the crunchy texture of the granola while the honey helps to add a richness to the yogurt. The Fruit Cup with Salt, Lime and Chili recreates the original classic from the stands in Mexico. Combining the savoriness of salt, tanginess of lime and spiciness of chili peppers can be somewhat foreign to American palates. The effect is definitely not subtle with all three elements present and calling for attention. When mixed with fruit, however, the result is unexpected. The saltiness helps to bring out the subtle sweet flavors of the watermelon while the lime helps to accentuate the complex flavors of the cantalope. The chili pepper is a natural companion of the mango and helps to make it that much more delectable. 
The Fresas con Crema or Strawberries with Cream, combines fresh slices of strawberry with a tangy starwberry flavored cream. Fairly reminescent of strawberry yogurt, the cream adds a richness to the fresh tanginess of the strawberry. The tanginess of the cream helps to accentuate the natural sweetness of the straweberry and provides a nice overall balance. Similarly, the Platano con Crema blends slices of bananas with a banana flavored cream. Fans of the banana milkshake will love the sweet richness of the combination.
