Slow and leisurly is often what one associate with the Old West.  Unfortunately, that same adage, when applied to your food, takes on another meaning.  Expect to wait and wait for a long time for your food to emerge from the kitchen.  Nevermind about piping hot or even lukewarm, the food on multiple visits has emerged from the kitchen bordering on cold.  Unfortunately, the flavors also seem to be lacking with mealy coatings on the fried items and little to no seasoning on the entrees.  The food seems like a pale shadow of what it should be and really makes one wonder about the multitude of rave reviews about the place.  Color us disappointed...
