Phil's Ice House is Amy Simmons's latest venture into the world of fast food.  To create the menu, Amy and her business partner traveled the roads of Texas searching for the essence of a good burger.  They deliver the results of their work as several variations of classic themes.  In addition to full sized versions of the burgers, smaller baby versions can also be had in the form of mini-burgers.  Though somewhat resembling slyders in appearance, the mini-burgers are dressed in a sort of sampler plate of the larger burgers.  The sweetness of the bun helps to accentuate the juicy beef patty within.  The burgers can be had with a side of onion rings, french fries, or more uniquely, sweet potato fries.
