The Big Fresh Field Green Salad w/Veggies blends farm fresh greens with slices of yellow squash, red cabbage and cherry tomatoes. The salad is served with a generous portion of dressing, and blended with a mix of crunchy and soft vegetables. Unlike many salads where the vegetables seem to be drowning in oil for no reason even without the dressing, the vegetables in the salad are unadulterated and allowed to stand on their own thus allowing the natural flavors to develop.
The smell of the Royers Grilled Pork Tender w/ Peach N' Pepper Glaze announces its presence even before the package is opened. The sight that meets the eyes does not disappoint with the pork tenderloin perfectly marinated and grilled til crispy on the outside and juicy and tender on the inside. The flavor of the peach and pepper glaze permeates the tenderloin to crisp the exterior while keeping the inside soft and juicy. The result is a pork so tender that it can be cut with only a fork. The Grilled Pork Tenderloin is sweet as a result of the glaze with light savory accents. Served alone, it can be a little bit sweet, but when combined with a savory side like the Garlic Mashers, the result balances perfectly and is truly mouthwatering. The rich accent of garlic of the Garlic Mashers blend well with the butteriness of the mashed potatoes. Nicely seasoned and salted, the potatoes do not get overwhelmed by the garlic. Rather, the two work together to produce a mashed potato that makes you take notice. For a totally different flavor, the Beef Tenderloin is rubbed with a spicy seasoning that helps to amplify the flavor of beef. The strong savory accent is enhanced by the marination throughout the tenderloin. The result is thick and hearty and decidedly bold flavored. It is surprising how rare the flavor of beef is these days. As a society, we have gotten ingrained to accept bland beef that tastes little different than saw dust. Only when we have a quality cut of grass fed beef do we get reminded of what beef is supposed to taste like.
Aah yes, the Royers Stuffed Grilled Quail. Semi-boneless and stuffed to the brim with shrimp, cilantro and bacon, the quail combines the qualities of the Royers Grilled Quail in that it is perfectly seasoned with salty and spicy elements on the outside and brined on the inside. Marination is the key here and it serves to form an excellent foundation to add sweet shrimp, seasoned cilantro and smoky bacon on the inside. Unlike the normal grilled quail which is fully boned, many of the bones of the stuffed quail have been removed leaving only bones at the extremities. As a result, one can fully bite into the stuffed quail and savor the fusion of flavors without the distraction of bones in the way. This entree is difficult to keep on the tray as each mouthful demands another shortly after. Click below to continue to Sides, Sandwiches and Pot Pies -
